Ariel Music was wonderful!
We booked them for our July 2016 wedding at The Manor in West Orange, NJ and received so many compliments throughout the event and weeks after. We began working with the band manager, Elizabeth, about eight months before the wedding.

My husband and I met while living in New Orleans, and we wanted a band that was versatile enough to play some New Orleans-style music. Ariel did not disappoint. Due to the very skilled and diverse make-up of the band,one band member had been a part of a New Orleans-style band in the past, and was instrumental in having the band learn some new songs for their repertoire.

Music was a very important part of the wedding, and the band incorporated and worked with our particular choices. They adhered to the “do not play” list and I felt that they really understood my musical preferences. They also learned a song for my first dance with my husband, and played it exactly like the recording, which helped with our choreographed dance. Toward the end of the party, they had some great interactions with the guests, but not to a point that it felt like a performance.

They were professional, courteous, extremely talented, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding wedding band!

Highly Recommended!!
Having been in the music business for over 20 yrs, I know how difficult it is handle all the little details that go into making a wedding work. The Ariel team was very helpful from the beginning of the process, right up to last minute changes the day before the event. Our family was thrilled with the service we got. The band was amazing, the Mc was on point and everything flowed exquisitely. The highlight of the night was when I danced with my daughter to “I Hope You Dance”. The band and the vocalist nailed it. Song choices kept the dance floor filled all night! Highly Recommended!!

Ariel was awesome!
Liz’s attention to detail during the planning process made us comfortable that everything would run smoothly – and it did! They provided us great music and entertainment for our wedding day. They performed during our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and all were perfect. They have a wide array of songs they can play and had all our guests dancing the whole night. Our first dance was that much more special performed live. Highly recommend!!!

We booked Ariel for our wedding, and they were amazing!!!
Their manager Liz was on top of everything from the get go, and even had a Skype call with us so we could speak face to face without stress during the planning stages. The music for the ceremony and cocktail hour was wonderful, and there are no words for how fun and amazing Ariel band was for my reception. The band was fun, enthusiastic and kept the dance floor going until the very last moment (and beyond!). They honored my song requests, and let me make a special and personal playlist that they played during breaks. The band was phenomenal!
Everyone knows a good band is crucial to the success of a wedding. I could not say kind enough words to do Ariel Music and Events justice. From our cocktail hour where we had more of the classics like Frank Sinatra to the last dance where everyone was getting down on the dance floor (literally – I admit my husband did request “Shout”), the band was outstanding! Several guests who are getting married thousands of miles away wanted to see if they could have them! They kept a great energy and are extremely talented. I was especially delighted that even in between sets and during meals when most bands take a break, one of the singers continued to perform beautiful background music for us. Through and through, there’s not a single thing I found that could have been improved upon!

This Band is GREAT!
So many people at my daughter’s wedding told me that the band was amazing. They had everyone up and dancing and they followed my daughter’s wishes as to which songs to play. The rate was reasonable and you will not go wrong if you book with them.

Ariel Band is Amazing!
My husband and I hired them after attending one of their showcases back in 2015. They played at our wedding three weeks ago and literally blew everyone away. Liz and Lee were so accommodating and reached out to us numerous times to make sure that everything from the song list, first dance song (which they learned especially for us) and entrances were exactly what we wanted. Frank the band leader was also wonderful to work with. He immediately introduced himself before the reception began and went over everything with us to make sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. All of our guests are still talking about Ariel and their amazing singers, song selection and overall presence at our wedding. We are so thrilled with Ariel and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun band who will make your wedding unforgettable!

Rocked the House
Ariel Entertainment, a name that will forever be etched into our memories. They vividly, emotionally, musically, and professionally captured our wedding. Ariel Entertainment was the one vendor that we didn’t know of prior to our wedding. We just began our search through theknot.com, and came across the highest rated. Upon first email Elizabeth had us hooked. Through one meeting, phone conversations, and long emails (being long distance) Elizabeth made us feel right at home and knew exactly what type of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. They performed not only for a wedding but for a great show! We loved everything they provided for us. We felt that music is the most important key to a great party. Ariel Entertainment went above and beyond to create a party we and our family & friends will never forget. Amazing Band!
When we were planning our wedding, we had one goal in mind: keep the dance floor rocking all night long. Ariel not only met our expectations, but they exceeded them. From start to finish, the dance floor was packed. We have gotten nothing but compliments about how wonderful the band was. Elizabeth was especially accommodating in helping us set up the day, tailoring the music and the tone of the evening exactly the way we wanted it. They certainly helped make the night one to remember!

Ariel ROCKS!!
Hands down, Ariel is the best live wedding band around!! Once we heard them play live at their showcase, we were hooked and booked them the next day! They kept all of our guests (and us!) dancing all night long, and we still get compliments on how good of a band they were from our guests (we got married in October). Not only were they awesome, but very easy to work with. We met with Elizabeth and her husband Len and they were great at giving us suggestions without sounding too forceful. Elizabeth was always prompt with answering an email or a phone call, and put us at ease during the planning process. Trust us, don’t hesitate in booking them-you won’t regret it!

Wonderful Wedding Band
I found Ariel Music and Events wonderful to deal with. They helped us along with the process of what and when we needed to provide them information and couldn’t have been more professional. They were extremely accommodating to any personal requests we had and didn’t fail to deliver on anything we asked. The best part was how extremely talented they are. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They provided a wonderful energy to the reception.

BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!!
Ariel was amazing from start to finish! During our planning process, Ariel accommodated all of our needs! They learned several songs that were special to us, even though they were not on their set list. Prior to the wedding, Liz called me and chatted for over an hour just to make sure the day would go perfectly. She even texted me early in the morning on our wedding day to wish us the best. Ariel had two musicians perform during our cocktail hour. They set the mood and let our guests know that they were in for a treat. As the night progressed, Ariel introduced our wedding party and us with high energy and really got the party started! They played all of our requests throughout the night and followed the timeline we had set. The mix of slow and fast songs kept the party going. The dance floor was packed all night because the band was so much fun. They fulfilled our guests requests for songs, too. Weeks later, guests are still talking about how amazing our band was! Thank you!!! You made our wedding!!

Everyone Loved Them!
Ariel made our reception a concert! I saw my conservative mom cut a rug for the first time in my life. They were very interactive and above all accommodating. I’d recommend them to anyone that wants a wedding that their friends will be talking about for years.

The Ultimate Dance Party!
Our wedding literally would not have been the same upbeat, never-want-to-leave party atmosphere that it was without Ariel. We had an 8-piece band and about 200 guests, and their sound and talent was perfect. All of the singers sound identical to the musicians they’re covering, but the true talent of this band is their ability to read the crowd and play songs in an order that make guests never want to leave the dance floor. At one point, they had to stop playing because entrees had been served and no one cared! I’ve been to many weddings with GREAT bands – but as I mentioned, Ariel has a knack for unexpected song selections and two months later, I am still getting compliments on them. All that aside, Liz is a true joy to work with and their pricing is extremely reasonable for the Tri-state area based on the homework I did prior to hiring them. FIVE STARS!

Our daughter was married on 8-29-15 and Ariel Music played at the wedding! I’m not sure I can express how they exceeded all our expectations in this review. From the moment we met the band a year ago in New Jersey at a free concert we knew that this band would make our daughters wedding. And it did and beyond!!!They played everything we asked from the oldies to the current. 3 singers which are phenomenal and even learned the song my daughter picked for her and her father.
Everyone we talk to, are still expressing how much they were blown away by the band!!
I would highly recommend Ariel for you next event and know you will not be disappointed!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
I cannot say enough about this band! Professional, entertaining, and 100% First Class all the way. They were upbeat and an absolute pleasure to work with. Elizabeth accommodated every need and request that we had, and made us feel very comfortable about how the evening would progress. Their extensive song list was everything that we had hoped for, one great tune after the next after the next. From classic oldies of Motown, to the current hits of today, they know how to read the crowd and keep everyone entertained. The only downside was not having a big enough dance floor!! They got everyone up on their feet and nobody wanted to sit down. They are worth EVERY PENNY! All the guests kept talking about after the wedding was over was “Where did you get that band?!” So happy to have found them and want to throw another party just so they can come and play!!

Best Wedding Band!
I have to first say that I have never written a review for anything in my life, but Ariel is so amazing I just had to share our experience. Liz is on top of everything, very detail oriented, and great to work with. The band was so incredibly entertaining and everyone (young and old) was up and dancing from the very first song. They took all our requests into account and even learned a new song just for us to cut the cake to. The quality of their sound was awesome. We could not be more happy with the way things went and we received countless complements from our guests about how amazing the band sounded! If I could give more stars I would!

Best wedding band around!
We honestly could not have been more pleased with the job the band did at our wedding. From start to finish, they were professional, energetic, and engaging – my wife and I said afterwards that we can’t ever remember seeing so many people up and dancing at a wedding for the entire duration of the reception as we had at ours. It was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked them. Full credit to the band, they were able to accommodate all of our requests and they kept the party going all night.

Overall we were absolutely thrilled with the band and would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch entertainment at their wedding.

Perfect!
Ariel was fantastic! They are an amazing, professional group that knows what to do to give you a fantastic night! We guided them with the songs we liked and they took it from there! They are not just a band, they are entertainers! Our only complaint- the night didn’t last long enough!

We would highly recommend Ariel Band to anyone and everyone we know. The band really set the tone for our wedding, got everyone onto the dance floor, and was just fantastic in every way. We were blown away but how perfect everything was. The flow of the evening from the ceremony music, to our introductions, to our last dance was seamless and so professional. Our guests were commenting all night on how great the band sounded. Even the banquet manager we worked with, Bobby, told us it was the best band he’s heard and he has been to a lot of events 😉 At one point, Frosty and Frank Elmo went back and forth between the trumpet and sax and the crowd gathered around to watch and listen. It was awesome! Thank you again for all of your meticulous planning prior to our wedding. The evening couldn’t have been any better!!!

THE BEST VENDOR WE HIRED!!
My husband and I had hired this band to play at our wedding in the Fall of 2015. They were incredible. Hands-down, amazing.

We heard the band audition a year prior to our wedding and knew immediately they were for us. The band is lively, has great energy, and an awesome variety of songs. They worked with us to provide a very customized introduction at our wedding and nailed it with out any issues. All of the guests at our wedding were on the dance floor almost the entire night because of the band; people danced the night away and had so many compliments of them. We would highly recommend this band for anyone looking for a sensational band that will get the audience involved, keep people dancing, and work with you to play all of your favorite music. All of our guests are still talking about how awesome the band was!

Great band if you want music that sounds just like the original songs!
We definitely recommend Ariel Music and Events! We used them for our October 2015 wedding. They were fantastic to work with–Liz worked with us to get us the specific intros we wanted to use and all the music we wanted to be played. At the reception, Frank always approached me as the bride to make sure whatever the crazy guests were asking him was okay with me (making announcements, etc.)–loved that! We had tons of compliments from all our guests.

I really love how each band member has such a unique sound that they can literally play anything and it sounds just like the real song–from pop music to Bruce Springsteen to Frank Sinatra. WONDERFUL and cant wait to see our video and hear it all over again 🙂 🙂

This band is going to make your party! Ariel has professional, talented, and fun band members that kept our guests (and definitely me!) dancing all night. The music was fun for everyone in our mixed group of guests, upbeat, and very well done. People always mention how great this band was when they mention our wedding. They accommodated any of our requests or suggestions and were a pleasure to work with.

The best decision we made!
This band was amazing. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night, even our grandparents! We had such a blast with them, the experience was worth every penny. We only had an 8 piece band, but they were wonderful.

Words cannot explain….
These guys rocked the house. There is a wonderful chemistry within the band, and it shows. They played every song incredibly, and the range and diversity was beyond impressive. The Grandparents were dancing!! No one could get enough of them. They know how to read a crowd!! They asked us for some guidance, but they have the intuition and experience to just KNOW what to play, and to play it WELL. Absolutely recommend!

So impressed- all throughout the process!
My mother put down a deposit on Ariel based solely on hearing them play at another wedding. My now husband and I were so nervous because we had never heard them and hadn’t even started looking into entertainment for our wedding. We signed up to attend a Ariel Event on a weeknight in February and crossed our fingers that we like them…we were relieved to find that we absolutely LOVED them. We were so impressed and entertained by the variety of music they played and all of the brilliant musicians in the bunch.
I asked the band to learn a surprise song for my walk down the aisle and they made it happen beautifully and discreetly so that my mom could be surprised. Our guests were so complimentary on the music mix and the ability to keep almost the entire wedding on the dance floor all night! Elizabeth was very flexible and very attentive during the entire process. My friends and family are still raving about it- I highly recommend Ariel to anyone planning a wedding or other large event.

FANTASTIC!!!
Fortunately we knew about Ariel from my older daughter’s wedding 7 years ago. And, fortunately, I had not lost their contact info. They were REALLY GREAT!! Elizabeth gave excellent advice about how to plan the evening (since the wedding planner was MOI). Prior to the wedding, they paid close attention to the wishes of the bride and groom. AND, at the reception, they kept the evening lively and hopping. Everyone danced. The music was of superior quality. They even jazzed up the father-daughter dance to make a so-so song selection into a modern, poignant farewell dance. They played without tiring till the end of the evening. We could not have asked for a better band. We recommend Ariel Music & Events highly and without qualification.

Everyone was dancing!
I can’t say enough great things about Ariel! They had my entire wedding party, including two 80+ year old women in wheelchairs dancing the night away-I kid you not! They were a fabulous band! I found Ariel online by just reading their rave reviews. Everyone seemed so happy with their performances, I had to find out for myself. Elizabeth was more than accommodating to my needs and my budget. She returned every phone call and e-mail in a timely manner. I even heard from her while she was on her vacation! Ariel learned my special first-dance song and my father-daughter dance song. They were open to anything I threw at them and honored all of my special requests. My wedding would not have been the same without them. Every guest commented on how the music at the wedding was wonderful! They played the perfect mix-something for all ages-and they had everyone dancing the ENTIRE wedding! What a GREAT BAND!!!
Being the Mom of an only child I always knew that I would want her wedding to be the best I could give her. The fact that she lived out of state and often traveled internationally for her job made it very clear from the start that my husband and I would be in charge of most of the wedding planning.

A live band was very important to us. I attended quite a few bridal shows and heard many bands and DJs and none made me say, “Yes, they’re the one”. Fortunately,I discovered Ariel by visiting a prospective venue. My husband and I were sold immediately. I called my daughter expressing our excitement at our discovery and she said that she trusted our judgment. We booked Ariel on the spot.

When our daughter was in town with her fiancé we attended an Ariel showcase. It was quite difficult for us to sit still and listen to them play because each song made us want to move and get up and dance.

The planning for the wedding day was made easier for us because of Elizabeth’s professionalism and expertise. She was easy to reach by phone and email, addressing any questions and concerns we had. Elizabeth made the evening flow smoothly, introducing the bridal party, toasts, the deacon for the blessing and other significant parts during the reception.

Elizabeth learned and specially arranged an Irish ballad chosen by my daughter and her fiancé for their first dance as husband and wife. Even though many guests had never heard the song before they were moved by Elizabeth’s lovely delivery and performance of it.

The music that Ariel played made the wedding a success with all the guests no matter what their age. From the moment the bridal party was introduced to the last dance played, our guests were impressed with the versatility of the band. To various decades, ballads, oldies, pop, Motown and country songs, our guests filled the dance floor all night. We had guests in their twenties and thirties filling the dance floor to Usher’s “Yeah”, others dancing to the Beer Barrel Polka and even our ninety-two year old Aunt dancing to Friends in Low Places.

Many of our guests expressed that they thought Ariel performed many songs much better that the original artists had.

We were very lucky to discover Ariel and have them play at our daughter’s wedding.We still listen to their CD and relive that glorious night. And when I listen to their music, I still can’t sit still, I have to get up and dance.

Amazing Wedding Band
We ended up booking Ariel after my mom found them, and they exceeded our expectations in every respect.

This even though our expectations were quite high: we went to their showcase and listened to their CDs and knew that they were going to be phenomenal.

First, Elizabeth was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. She helped us figure out the schedule for the evening, made suggestions for songs for parent dances, and was extremely easy to reach by phone or e-mail.

She and the entire band not only learned a first dance song for us, but they ended up also learning new songs for both parent dances.

When it came to the evening of our wedding, they were terrific. The band has so many singers with so much talent and such great ranges. They performed everything from an Irish ballad to Motown to Adele and nailed every single number. All of our guests were up on the dance floor pretty much the entire time, and when the event was over many of them raved about the band.

It was wonderful to have a band that was so talented and so easy to work with, because it gave us the confidence to trust them with a lot of the details, which took some pressure off of us. For example, we sent them a list of songs we wanted to hear and a list of songs we really wanted to hear and that was it. The band figured out what songs to play at what time and did a great job of managing the pace of the evening.

Having Ariel at our wedding was such a wonderful experience!

Excellent choice for wedding band
Ariel Music & Events provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They did a fantastic job with their performances and song selections, choosing exactly what we were looking for in getting our guests on the dance floor. They also learned several songs that we specifically requested, including our first dance song, and did excellent jobs with these too. Elizabeth was great to work with. The band is an excellent value for their price, and highly recommended for couples looking for a band in the NJ/NY/CT area.

SPECTACULAR wedding band
Choosing Ariel as our band was 100% the best decision we made for our wedding. All night long we had guests telling us how amazing the band sounded. They kept the party very up beat and the dance floor was packed, even with people we never expected to see dancing. The band sounded absolutely flawless. We loved everyone in the 8 piece band, particularly Kevin and Taileen who have spectacular voices. Elizabeth was so extremely helpful during the planning process and calmed my nerves every time I spoke with her. We can honestly say that Ariel made our wedding the best night of our lives.

Amazing Band and Great Service!
Hiring Ariel (as a 9 piece band) was one of the very best decisions that we made for our wedding. Several months before the big day, we traveled from midtown NYC to North Jersey to see them play their monthly showcase, and it only took a few songs for us to know that they would be the perfect fit for our party. Even with that preview, their performance at our wedding reception exceeded even our lofty expectations. The musicianship was outstanding and the three vocalists were incredible. As a result, the dance floor was consistently busy throughout the night, and literally dozens of guests came up to us specifically to tell us how great the band was. (We also used the keyboard player for our cocktail hour).

Beyond the performance, we can’t comment enough on how grateful we were to be working with Elizabeth, who worked hard to provide exactly the experience that we had hoped for. In a world where lots of wedding vendors are flaky, Elizabeth’s quick responses and eagerness to work with us was extremely refreshing. She made sure that the evening was paced the way we wanted it (consistently high energy), gave us as much control as we wanted over choosing the song list (which is incredibly varied, although we featured a lot of Motown — had to take advantage of the great vocals and the sweet horn section!), and ensured that the band played a couple of songs not on the song list that we really wanted.

In our experience, the music is one of the few things that people remember about a wedding. Thanks to Ariel Music & Events, we know that all of our guests will have great memories when they think back on our special day.

The Best Wedding Band – EVER
We hired Ariel for our daughter’s wedding. I’ve been to a lot of very nice weddings but Ariel was the very best band I have ever heard. And, our guests provided us with similar feedback. They were everything we wanted in a wedding band and then some. Musicians and vocalists alike were superb. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and she put a great deal of time into understanding everything we wanted and did not want in terms of music. The band executed with perfection. Virtually all of our guests were up and dancing the entire evening.

Fantastic Band!
Ariel came highly recommended to my by a friend whose sister had hired them for her wedding in 2005, and 7 years later, the more than lived up to expectations. We planned our wedding from a distance, and Elizabeth was always extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls, which was greatly appreciated. She also managed all of the communications with our venue (a country club) for set up, and I did not have to worry about a thing. When it came to the wedding night, we had kids, parents, and grand parents on the dance floor the ENTIRE night. We are still receiving compliments about how much fun everyone had. We hired Ariel with and 8-piece group and had piano music during our cocktail hour which was a fun addition to the night. Finally, we researched several bands for our wedding and found Ariel’s pricing to be reasonable for the quality of their music and the breadth of their song list. I would also recommend attending to one of their monthly showcases in advance (or after) hiring them.

Book this band!
At first I was hesitant to book a band instead of a DJ, but my husband is a musician and really wanted the live music. Looking back at it, booking Ariel was one of our best wedding decisions that we made. As soon as we saw this band at one of their showcases, we knew that Ariel would be the perfect band for our wedding. From the beginning, Elizabeth was very responsive to our inquiries and the band was very accommodating with our requests. For example, our tables were named after Beatles songs so the band played a Beatles medley as guests walked into the reception hall. The reception itself was a party from the beginning. One of our guests commented that as soon as the band started playing, everyone was on the dance floor. They have great range from Top 40 to Motown and all between. The band was even so gracious to allow my husband and his old band to use their drums and amplifiers at the reception for a reunion set. A couple weeks later, our guests are still raving as to how excellent the band was! This band comes HIGHLY recommended!

Fantastic, Amazing, Must See Band!
We love this band! They made our wedding so much fun. All our guests still can’t believe how great the band was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Elizabeth Greene, the band leader, is so incredibly professional and responsive. She was really great to deal with and kept us on track from a planning perspective. She really knows how to keep the evening flowing at the proper pace and is an absolute pleasure to work with. This band takes the time to really understand what you are looking for in terms of the tone for the wedding and they execute flawlessly. We initially hired Ariel with 8 piece band and then we added an extra singer and trumpet player and they rocked! They were all so amazing and had such a great range of music including really current and fun pop and rock songs. They are constantly updating their song list to include the latest hits which is very impressive and they have a great range of all types of music from all decades. As with most weddings, we had younger and older guests and Ariel did a great job of covering all age groups. I also loved how much input we had into the song list that was played at the wedding and their interaction with our crowd. They played our wedding song fabulously and it is not a really popular wedding song so I was very impressed with how they performed it and so grateful. Also, talk about getting the crowd up and on the dance floor, this band led by Elizabeth had all our guests on the dance floor with the first song of the night…and they never left the dance floor. It was so amazing. Our guests danced the entire night. Ariel really brings the fun to a wedding and the talent is top notch. They also played during our cocktail hour which was lovely and I do recommend this as it is really a wonderful touch. This band is very talented and knows how to entertain! I couldn’t be happier with our selection. Also, I thought their pricing was very reasonable considering the level of talent and the size of the band compared to other bands we looked at, a true value in my opinion. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a great band!

Fun, Entertaining, and Classy!
Ariel Music & Events provided so much fun and entertainment at our wedding reception without being overbearing or crude. Elizabeth was pleasant to work with throughout the planning process, and was flexible and willing to do what it took to make our wedding day special. We had so many compliments about the band from guests. I would definitely recommend Ariel Music & Events for any event!

Incredible Wedding Dance Band
Ariel ROCKED THE HOUSE! We had our wedding at the Crest Hollow Country Club on an absolutely beautiful Saturday evening in June and they provided us with excellent entertainment for our guests. Elizabeth, the band leader, worked with us prior to our wedding to make sure every little detail was perfect and made the time to chat with us on a number of occasions prior to the event. She was able to learn a few songs for us, which was also very nice (one even in Italian) and fulfilled her promise to make our wedding a happy, upbeat party. Our guests were also very impressed and have asked about them for their weddings. We also appreciated Elizabeth’s willingness to help us with coming up with different songs for each part of our wedding (Mom/Groom dance, our dance, etc.) and helped piece together a very cohesive order to the night, given we had a few special parts to our wedding.

Ariel was AWESOME!! Elizabeth impressed me from the very beginning (taking the time to get to know us) to following up with us after the wedding for suggestions on how to improve (we couldn’t come up with a single one!!). This band infused our party with energy I have never experienced at another wedding. They were also so accommodating, happy to learn a song that had special meaning to us for my first dance with my new husband. The first time I heard this band, my father was playing their sample CD in his car and I thought it was a wonderful live recording of the Black Eyed Peas—I couldn’t believe it when he told me they are a band that could possibly play at our wedding. We were so excited that it worked out! We ended up booking them for our ceremony, too. We had an outdoor nonreligious wedding, and Elizabeth helped up select perfect music for our ceremony, and suggested the right instruments for an outdoor wedding of our size. She worked with our venue leading up to our event, so I didn’t have to trouble myself serving as a go-between to work out the details of electricity plugs, set-up times, etc. And Ariel made the reception positively unforgettable. Every single guest stayed until the very end of our party because of this awesome band. They really deserve six stars, because there is no other wedding band as good as Ariel. From my sixteen year old cousin to my husband’s 90-year-old grandmother, EVERYONE had a blast thanks to Ariel. They rock!!

Best Wedding Band!! Best Party!
The wedding was a few weeks ago and I am still getting calls about how amazing the party was– all thanks to Ariel Music & Events. They were a pleasure to work with from the start. They made the process of choosing a set list simple and they are obvious professionals. One of our main concerns was that live music would be too loud, but they were absolutely PERFECT. Not too loud, not too soft…just right. From Motown classics, to Lady Gaga to Pink to the Polka…Ariel does it all. I can’t wait to throw an anniversary party so we can hire them again!!!

Fabulous Wedding Band
Ariel Music & Events is great. They were really accommodating and flexible. They learned two songs for our wedding and never complained about it – even one odd Jewish parody song. Everyone at the wedding loved them and could not believe that we found them on the internet. The best part is that they hold showcases every month or so, so you can go hear them before you hire them. A great feature!

Made the Party
My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the performance that Ariel Music & Events gave at our wedding!

We had the reception on a Yacht that cruised around Manhattan. We were concerned with the logistics involved with a live band playing on different decks at different points of the evening, but Ariel went out of their way to coordinate everything in advance to deliver flawless performances the entire time!

Also – the flexibility of their music stylings was wonderful. My husband and I were very particular about what we wanted played and worked very closely with the band leader (Elizabeth) on the setlist. While they can perform music from all different eras, we mainly wanted dance music from the last few years. Ariel was able to perform live and professional renditions of VERY current hits like “Empire State of Mind”, “On the Floor”, “Tik-Tok”, “Just Dance” and many more. Our guests were blown away with how current and fresh Ariel keeps themselves! No other band’s showcase we saw was able to compare.

AMAZINGLY TALENTED AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!
If you are looking for a band for your wedding, look no further, Ariel is the one! My husband and I went to watch them perform based on rave reviews and they did not disappoint! We booked them immediately and from day one, Elizabeth was my point person and was amazingly professional and made really sound and helpful suggestions throughout the process. They had a wide array of songs to select and can play anything from current pop like Katie Perry, Beyonce, to Frank Sinatra, Motown, and classics. We were so impressed with them all night at our wedding! We danced all night with our guests and loved every moment of it. Ariel started out high energy and ended on the same note and had EVERYONE (even our older aunts and uncles) ripping up the dancefloor. All of my guests are still raving about them and how talented Kevin, Akua, and the saxophonist were! The stayed true to our song list suggestions and were absolutely incredible. They were the highlight of the evening…the band and the food are the things you and your guests will remember. 🙂

Made the party!
We had an 8-piece band for our reception (3 vocalists, keyboard, drums, bass, guitar, and saxophone), and they played the whole range of music from ballads to motown to pop dance FLAWLESSLY.

But, the performance only was the icing on the cake. Well before the date, Elizabeth responded IMMEDIATELY with poise and helpfulness to a multitude of requests–from a special reception entrance song to a incorporating a special family sing a long (yes–it was a unique request) in the reception… and lots of other small details that made the wedding celebration uniquely ours.

She and the other vocalists did a costume change that made things extra special, and the motown set just blew us all away.

My LARGE extended family commented on how GREAT the band was–how well they timed stuff/ how they got people dancing/ how flawless and professional the sound was (none of the out of key or slightly off rhythym or weirdness I’ve heard with other places). And everyone danced–all three generations of us, including my husband’s fairly reserved parents, an accomplishment. More than one person said that the wedding celebration was one of the best they had ever gone to.

On top of this, the price was perfect for our budget and a bargain for an element of the celebration that, in my opinion, with the food and open bar, makes or breaks the party. Thank you for making our night memorable and for making us leave the celebration worry free and happy that everyone had as good a time as we did.

Amazing vocals
It is easy to see (and hear) why Ariel is the very best. We had our wedding at Highlawn Pavilion and started searching for music options 3-4 months before our wedding day. We met with several bands but Ariel was the clear choice to go. From the very start, Elizabeth showed professionalism, understanding and interest in our wedding. We attended one of Ariel’s showcases and booked Ariel the next day. Elizabeth was very responsive in working with us to plan our reception. Which brings us to our wedding day. Everyone was blown away by their talent. Their singing lineup has got to be the BEST out there (no joke, some of their renditions are better than the originals). The whole band brings energy and sounds amazing live. Ariel did a good job of playing a mix of music and making sure to play some songs we requested. I thought this was a cliche, but guests really were coming up to us and telling us how fantastic the band sounded. Ariel was a crucial part in making our wedding a success. We would highly recommend Ariel.

Best wedding band!
Ariel is the best wedding band that we have ever seen at a wedding. We are still receiving compliments about the band from our guests. Elizabeth Greene and her team were very easy to work with, and very professional. They thought of details in the planning phase that we did not and had several planning calls with us months before the wedding. They made us a priority and answered any questions that we had in a timely and professional manner. During the wedding, they anticipated points where they could play additional songs (for example, when the dinner course was a bit delayed). They stuck to our list of selected songs. Everyone was on the dance floor all night long. They covered songs and sounded better than the original artist and were able to play songs from any genre. They were just as capable of playing Lady Gaga as Frank Sinatra. The band was one of the best parts of our wedding and really set the tone for a great night. We are so happy we chose Ariel and would highly, highly recommend them.

Ariel played at my wedding reception and they were amazing!!! Our guests have not stopped raving about how great the band was. Ariel had my guests on the dance floor all night and played a great mix of music to keep everyone happy. They are very talented and created such a great atmosphere for our wedding. They were also willing to accommodate all of our special song requests. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with – she is responsive and helpful and truly loves what she does.

Amazing Band!
I never knew that a band could have that much impact on a wedding reception. They were flexible to adjust their music to what the crowd wanted and as a result, both the young and not-so-young guests filled the dance floor every time they performed. It was also great that they played both classic and current hits -it showed how updated their repertoire is. Overall, i’d say it was a job well done.. highly recommended for anyone looking for a band to play in your upcoming wedding.

Ariel was awesome! The music was fun and the musicians were talented and professional. They learned a song for us and personalized it, which made the night very special. The dance floor was packed all night! Our only regret is that we don’t have a video or recording of the music they played that night.

Phenomenal band!
ARIEL MUSIC & EVENTS was PHENOMENAL!!! From planning to the actual wedding day, Elizabeth was extremely helpful. Since my bridal entourage was HUGE, and also names were really HARD to pronounce (most are foreign names), she made sure she had the right pronunciation of the entourage! And the guests were amazed that she got them right!
ALL the songs they have played were great!!! EVERYBODY enjoyed every second of their performance. Many have commented that our band was the BEST BAND that they have ever heard at a wedding!!! And my husband and I totally AGREE!!!

Dance the night away!
Ariel played at my wedding in May. They were absolutely fantastic at picking the perfect music to get everybody dancing from toddlers to grandparents. Prior to the wedding, we personally met with the leader of the band in order to provide our expectations for the wedding. We said “we want people on the dance floor all night long!” and Ariel definitely did just that! One of the singers was able to learn our first dance and sang it beautifully. In fact, my husband would rather have his rendition than the original! If you are looking for a band who will truly make your wedding a night to remember, look no further than Ariel! We still receive compliments regarding how fantastic our band was with every genre of music they played!

I loved my wedding!
Everybody at my wedding can not stop talking about how much fun they had and how great the band was. I know a few people who grabbed their business card, they were so impressed. My parents surprised us with having a 10 piece band as oppose to the 7 piece and Elizabeth was wonderful at keeping that surprise. I was so nervous about our wedding song being sung live, but Ariel did such an amazing job, it sounded so close to the original version. My husband and I wanted to have some rock music to enter into the dining room with and Elizabeth was willing and very helpful at making it all happen.

Fantastic Band
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth Greene and the rest of the Ariel band. As an initial matter, they came to Philadelphia from upstate New Jersey and New York no problem. In addition, they absolutely respected all of our wishes for the wedding while still offering some very helpful suggestions. Unlike most weddings we have been to, they played soft music while people ate so that people could hear one another and talk. They were also excellent at getting people up on the dance floor. Their covers of songs sound remarkably close to the originals. We received many, many compliments on the band from our guests and from the staff at the reception venue as well!

Hands down, most amazing, professional, band ever!
We had a formal wedding for 200 people at a private family estate on the water in Connecticut, in a tent in June. Ariel was, no exaggeration, the BEST wedding band I have ever seen. We received so many complements on the band, no one could believe how good they were! We had 12 pieces, 3 singers, the vocals were incredible, the sax player, lead guitar, horn section – every performer was really phenomenal. I have never seen a wedding band ROCK a party – even the old folks were dancing to Lady Gaga! They listened to all of our needs, Elizabeth at Ariel Music & Events is WONDERFUL – even took calls in the middle of the night from my anxious parents – they know how to organize the night to suit the mood, listened to all of our instructions, and even kept playing when the party didn’t want to end. The lead singer and guitarist at one point came off the stage into the crowd to rap with the bride and groom – it was just plain fun and wonderful. I would LOVE to get married again just to have another party with this band. Please call them – they are worth every single penny. Your guests will thank you 🙂

Ariel played at my wedding almost 2 years ago, and people are still talking how incredible they were! When I say people, I mean guests of the wedding, the members of the club who happened to be there to hear them, as well as the club manager who continues to book them at the club! Unforgettable Night!
Almost a month later, we are still smiling about the fantastic music provided by Ariel Music & Events. Ariel’s classy style and passionate performances made our wedding reception unforgettable not only to us, but also those who attended our wedding.

We have received countless compliments for our choice in a band and we wanted to pass on our praises and let other brides know that people continue to rave about Ariel’s performance at our wedding.

The dance floor was crowded the entire time (which is what we wanted!) and Ariel really picked the perfect mix of music. From our wedding song flawlessly performed, to the Motown medley, Kevin singing his heart out during an encore rendition of “Shout!”, we were so impressed by Ariel’s sound as a band.

Our guests also couldn’t get over what a wide variety of music that was performed. The group sang everything from “Umbrella” to “That’s Amore” with ease and style. Their transitions from one set to the next were great and really made our wedding.

I can’t tell you how happy we are and we can’t wait to watch the video so we can relive every moment!

Ariel performed at a friends wedding a few years ago and when my time came to get married, I immediately contacted them. My then fiance and I went to a showcase in NYC and he was convinced too. All the members have great chemistry. They have such broad range of song choices. Elizabeth was great to work with and helped us perfectly place our song selections. Our guests had a great time and commented how much they loved the entertainment. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic Band!
Ariel is amazing! My husband and I hired them after attending one of their showcases back in 2015. They played at our wedding three weeks ago and literally blew everyone away. Liz and Lee were so accommodating and reached out to us numerous times to make sure that everything from the song list, first dance song (which they learned especially for us) and entrances were exactly what we wanted.
